About the Event
The COVID pandemic has turned many aspects of our lives upside down, with varying levels of restrictions having been imposed upon us in an effort to curb the spread of the virus. The freedom that we all had, and often took for granted pre COVID, seems like a distant memory at times and we long to return to the 'way it was'.
Whilst of challenges of COVID 19 lockdowns and other restrictions continute to impact us all, the sacrifices being made today seem to pale in comparison when compared to what the Jews of Europe (and others) had to endure in the 1940s. A fascinating perspective will be provided by Dr. Richard Haber who was in hiding for over a yaer of his life and spent many more on the run, never to see a number of his family members again beyond age 10.
Perspective truly is everything.....
