‘to survive is to find meaning in the suffering’ Victor E Frankl.
March of the Living is such a multi-dimensional and dynamic movement. Its impact transcends a central annual event and the history it memorialises. It reaches people from all walks of life and beliefs, and it reminds me that diversity and tolerance are not just concepts, but actions that we need to always be conscious of and work on.
I feel privileged that I can contribute to March of the Living, to honour the survivors and their families and to work to harness history’s lessons to help build a more compassionate world.
