Program Costs


Total Cost of the Program including airfares $7850  includes Shabbaton and Souvenir Pack. This price excludes your taxes and Travel Insurance that is payable directly to FBI Travel. This will be approximately $835 based on last year's costs.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Prices and dates listed below are indicative only of 2011 costs and dates. 2012 costs and dates will be advised in the near future. 

MOTL

$1000.00 Deposit due at time of application by 24 October 2011

If you cancel prior to 14 January – Full refund from MOTL of $1000.00

Cancellations from 15 January up to 31st January 2011 will incur a $100.00 Admin Fee + the cost of Shabbaton flights

Cancellations after 31st January and prior to 18th February 2011 when final invoices are issued will incur a $300.00 Admin Fee + the costs of the Shabbaton including flights.

FBI

Deposit of $500.00 taken by FBI for Taxes and Insurance at time of registration by 24 October 2011.

Cancellations by 15 December 2010 will incur a $55.00 Admin Fee from FBI. Therefore refund of $445.00 will be refunded.

Cancellations from 16 December 2010 to 18 February 2011 will incur a $110.00 Admin Fee from FBI. Therefore amount of $390.00 will be refunded.

Cancellations after 18th February 2011 will lose the full $500.00 deposit as flights have been paid for at this stage and final invoices issued.

Final Payment

Final payment for balance of MOTL is due by Feb

FBI will be in touch with you separately to then to charge any difference between the $500.00 already taken for taxes and insurance and the actual figure that is required.

Very often parents ask for split payments – this is not an issue but must not be made verbally as it is impossible to remember all requests so this must be made in writing to admin@motl.com.au
MOTL will be emailing invoices directly from the MYOB system week beginning 13 February 2012.
